Delivery & returns
All orders received by 12:00 noon on a normal working day can be despatched for delivery on our next delivery date for your area. Standard delivery via our courier network.
For all credit and trade accounts, delivery prices are specified within the ‘My Account’ pages of the website.
For all other customers, orders over £250.00 excluding VAT info from site are deemed carriage paid for UK mainland, orders under £250.00 excluding VAT will be subject to a carriage charge.
No orders will be accepted online for locations outside UK mainland (England, Scotland and Wales only). For Northern Ireland or any other UK island locations please call 01482 213446.
We do offer a next day delivery on stocked items for £30 excluding VAT for orders placed before 12:00 noon. If next day delivery is required, please let us know when placing your order. Contact our sales team on 01482 213446 for further information.
In the unlikely event of your delivery arriving damaged, please report the problem to our sales team within 48 hours of the receipt of the package, and we will resolve the problem.
Product failure upon receipt is unusual, in the unlikely event of the product failing early please contact our sales team who will endeavour to resolve any issues you may have. Please note that faulty products are returned to the manufacturer for testing.
Returns & Refunds
Goods can be returned at any time up to 28 days from date of purchase, and a full credit will be raised provided that the goods arrive unused and undamaged in re-saleable condition. Returns must be arranged in advance with our Sales Team who will issue the appropriate paperwork to ensure full traceability of the products returned.
If the order was placed against the customers pre-arranged credit account then the value of the returned items will be refunded back to the account and will be shown on custoemrs invoice the following month.
If the order has been placed by credit / debit card then the value of the order will be refunded against the same card within 2 days of Moordale Foods recieving the goods back.
Please be aware that 4-5 days should be allowed once card refunds have been processed depending on who the customer banks with.
